We loved staying at this cozy beachfront retreat. the location is incredible, with the soothing sound of the waves lulling us to sleep every night. the sandy and clean Kato Zakros beach was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing swim. We were also thrilled to discover the abundance of hiking options nearby. the small taverns by the sea provided a charming village atmosphere, and the breakfast served at the nearby taverna was delightful. They even offered additional options like omelettes and fruits. As bike riders, we found this place to be a perfect choice for our holiday. Highly recommended for a week-long stay, even with a little baby who also enjoyed every minute of it!
We felt completely at home during our stay at Athena Rooms, and there was absolutely no reason for us to complain. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a small bay by the sea. The location was breathtaking and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel was clean and had comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking available for guests. The hotel was conveniently located within a short walk of restaurants and the beach. It was also close to ancient ruins, which were fascinating to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

The Athena Rooms provided a comfortable stay with some notable perks. the database was highly informative, making it easy to find and book a room that suited my needs. the room itself had a stunning view, allowing me to wake up to a picturesque sight every morning. the four air-conditioning units ensured that the room remained cool and comfortable throughout my stay.
The walls were not soundproof, which compromised the privacy of the room.

Just a few steps away from a pristine beach, complete with free sunbeds for ultimate relaxation. the sound of the waves crashing against the shore created a soothing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding during the festive season. - the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the nearby ancient ruins and intriguing caves.
The building showed signs of wear and tear, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The breakfast options could have been fresher and more varied, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the beautiful surroundings and tranquility of the location.
